Went back for the first time after COVID lockdown was lifted. They have now added a sushi bar offering a variety of sushi options.

Tried their signature rotisserie chicken, it is juicy and flavorful.

Always buy this burger, very delicious! The environment, service attitude, workflow and efficiency are very good. Once I bought a beef burger, I felt that it was not delicious. I called another one. The time was very short and it was done. It was very close to home. We often come. Not bad!

New Ginza has many seasonal materials, such as Live Uni live sea urchins. Sea urchins are very weak and not easy to survive after going to sea. They need to be processed and kept fresh. Most of the sea urchins seen on the market are dead. So live sea urchins are especially fresh and not so heavy. The disadvantage is, of course, the quantity and its limited.
